These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover booking or playing at the venue, which is dealt with below.

This site is published by Volea Padel Centre (registration number 2024/202286/07), trading as Volea Sport City, of Imhoff Farm, Kommetjie, 7975.

This site does not take bookings

Nothing is booked or paid for on this website. Each activity is booked through its own channel, and some of those are run by other businesses. When you follow a booking link you are dealing with that provider under their terms, not ours, and any contract is with them.

Information may change

We keep hours, prices and what is on offer as accurate as we can, and they still change. Opening dates in particular are targets rather than promises. Please check with us before travelling if something matters.

The businesses on site

Several activities at Volea are run by independent businesses with their own brands, staff, prices and terms. We describe them here so you can see the whole offer in one place. We do not control how they operate.

Where we link to another website we are pointing you at something useful, not endorsing it, and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Volea Sport City or to the businesses shown, and are not to be reused without permission. Partner logos and photographs belong to those partners.

Getting it wrong

We publish this site in good faith and take care over it, but we do not promise it is complete or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
